Executive Coach. Facilitator. Attorney. Empowering Dynamic Leaders
Leadership Unleashed!
True leadership isn't innate—it's cultivated through courage, persistence, and the willingness to step beyond comfort zones to empower others. As a Third-Culture Kid and daughter of Nigerian immigrants, I bring a unique lens to leadership development that helps my clients see beyond conventional boundaries and unlock their full potential.
At State of Grace, we understand that leadership isn't one-size-fits-all. By drawing on my decade of coaching experience and legal training, I help clients decode the subtle nuances of executive presence while honoring their authentic voice. My ability to bridge cultures and navigate complex professional landscapes allows me to identify hidden barriers and untapped strengths in each and everyone one of my clients.
Our results speak volumes:
-
A client who had never held national leadership transformed their division's performance, growing revenue by over 400% while improving margins
-
A high-performing executive achieved their "audacious goal" of becoming company president in record time
-
In a challenging market where teams averaged -3% decline, one client's team achieved 7% growth at their Fortune 50 company, becoming the only profitable division

Honoring My Roots
My journey is deeply intertwined with my parents' bold decision to leave Nigeria in pursuit of greater opportunities. Their sacrifice taught me the power of dreaming big, but my path taught me something equally valuable—the importance of finding your own voice. While their immigrant work ethic drove me to achieve, I learned that true fulfillment comes from creating a life that honors both their legacy and my own aspirations.
Today, I live this philosophy fully as a wife and mother, finding joy in balancing a thriving coaching practice with precious time spent with my amazing husband and two wonderful children. This personal journey of aligning achievement with authenticity is infused in every aspect of my coaching approach.

Leading with Grace
My coaching philosophy rests on a fundamental truth: you already possess everything needed to be an exceptional leader. My role is to help you clear the path to your inherent power and wisdom. Through our work together, we identify and dissolve the invisible barriers—whether cultural, personal, or professional—that may be holding you back from fully expressing your leadership.
Drawing from my experience working with high-achievers, including those who identify as "Third-Culture Kids" or first-generation, children of immigrants, I understand the unique challenges of navigating corporate cultures while honoring your unique story. We work together to transform what may appear to be challenges into your distinctive strengths, helping you create unprecedented results while maintaining balance and finding joy in your journey.
This approach has empowered my clients to push past real and perceived barriers from their upbringing, which allows them to authentically create the work and life of their dreams—just as I have done on my own journey.
